Abstract

The child that consumes cartoons and child-oriented series from the many televisio stations, 36 hours a week, is capable of distinguishing between fiction and reality. In order to evaluate the influence television has on the child's imaginary, it is necessary to know the child very well. Psychology alone does not exhaust the subject.
