Kierkegaard, Literary criticism, Criticism, Death of the authorAbstract
In the present paper, we analyze some concepts related to literary criticism as understood by the young Kierkegaard, the goal is to try to reconstruct his concept of criticism. Thus, we will show that its objective is to identify if the author of a certain novel has left traces of his real person, damaging the poetic truth of the work. In this way, it will be pointed out that only the death of the author is a guarantee of the life-view and the life-development, concepts that are fundamental to the development of the novel or short novel, because these concepts safeguard the transubstantiation of individual experience.
