The interviewee, Valter Hugo Mãe, is considered one of the most consecrated authors of Portuguese literature today. In his 20 years of literary career, he has had several books published in different genres: poetry, novels, short stories, children's books. His work has been acclaimed by both literary criticism and the general public. José Saramago Award (2007) and Portugal Telecom (2012), the Portuguese writer was in the month of November launching his new novel Imprudently Poetic Men, whose story is set in an old Japan and tells a bit about the trajectory of the Itaro craftsman and his disagreements with the potter Saburo.
