Approaching the theoretical-methodological model left by Claude Zilberberg of the categories of the standard semiotics, we will draw attention to some passionate and recognizable nuances in the lyrics of “Detalhes” a widely diffused song among the Brazilian public composed by Roberto and Erasmo Carlos. We will also try to show how the concepts “memória-acontecimento” and “memória do acontecido”, coined by Barros (2011), can be seen as important vectors of the passion arrangements implicit in the text. We hope that the analysis undertaken will meet the main objective of this writing, that is, pay homage to the work of Claude Zilberberg.
