Abstract

What is required for an attendance carried through in an institution to be considered psychoanalytical? To answer to this question, this article uses theoretic and methodological elements of the institucional analysis of discourse. It is pointed the heterogeneity of the speeches (psychoanalysis, education and social inclusion) that compose an attendance institution for autistic children, the Lugar de Vida. Oppositions inside the institution, effects of the mentioned heterogeneity, are distinguished, despite the psychoanalytical constitution of the institution, as leading to impasses to the maintenance of conditions of continuation of a psychoanalytical work. It concludes that the best way to watch over for such conditions is to take in account the existence of such oppositions - and its effects - in clinical meetings.
