Abstract

This article proposes a reflection on the relationship between the creative speech of children and the poetic effects, from scraps of the psychoanalytic treatment of children. For this, we took as a basis the texts: “Creative writers and daydreaming”, in which Freud establishes a relationship between how the child constructs its world of language and toys, the fantasies of the adults and the poetic issue; and “The creative function of the word”, in which Lacan takes the word in its creative function, emphasizing the language as a structuring of subjectivity. Our aim was to identify elements that participate in the subjective constitution of the child.
