This article presents the results of four field expeditions conducted between 2017 and 2022 in the Guianas region. Exploring territorial and cultural dynamics, the research focused on cross-border interactions between Brazil, France (French Guiana), the Republic of Guyana, Suriname, and Venezuela. Through direct observation, interviews with local residents, and analysis of daily practices, the study systematizes new information on flows of people, goods, and cultures, showing how these interactions reshape local territorialities and geographical space. Daily practices and socioeconomic challenges were documented based on direct observations at the borders, revealing dynamics not previously captured. The fieldwork allowed a critical perspective on regional geopolitics and emerging territorialities, highlighting the relevance of mobility for understanding changes in the Amazonian geographical space.
