Abstract

The concept of political culture has earned a place in the vocabulary of political science, although its diameter of meaning has expanded so much that it is appropriate to make efforts towards the implementation of this notion, which involves clarifying their specificity. In that sense, this article attempts, by determining two analysis axes, outline an approach of Latin American populism (as Argentina and Brazilian version), as a way to test the ability of the political culture to generate new views of our reality as a region, original but sufficiently rigorous. That is, attentive to available knowledge and organizing the analysis according to methodological criteria
