Abstract

Published in 2021 – a year shaped by social distancing measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic – Bakhtin e as Artes do Corpo (hereafter BAC) brings together five essays by scholars from Brazil, France, and the United Kingdom. Grounded in Bakhtinian theory, the volume aims, in the words of its editors, to broaden the horizons of understanding regarding the bodily arts – whether in theater, dance, or even teaching – and their discursive dimensions.
