Emerging categories of communication for innovation management in large enterprises

Abstract

This article presents the results of research on open innovation management practices in large companies, with special attention to communication processes, by using a qualitative approach, with a corpus consisting of eleven semi-structured
interviews and analyzed with the framework analysis technique. Five emerging communication categories were identified, offering initial elements for a future research agenda that will allow refining the contribution of organizational communication
management to innovative processes.
