Confianza, confiabilidad y ética: ¿pueden las empresas aprender algo con Aristóteles?

La crisis reciente de 2007 proporcionó una gran visibilidad al problema de la confianza en las organizaciones y al problema asociado de la confiabilidad de los CEO, y reabrió el debate sobre la importancia de la ética en los negocios. Sin embargo, la ambigüedad de algunos conceptos y la escasez de referencias sobre la ética de la confianza pueden limitar los resultados de esta discusión. En este trabajo se propone la recuperación de parte del pensamiento de Aristóteles, y se sugieren algunas contribuciones al análisis del problema.
