The genus Dilacera Zilberman & Pires-Silva (Termitonannini: Termitonannina) was recently established to include a single species found in the Amazonian Forest in Manaus, associated with termites of the genus Uncitermes Rocha & Cancello. Here, we report a further and second new species from Pará, D. monnei sp. nov. The new species is described, illustrated, and compared with the previously known species; it is supposed to be termitophilous, but the host is unknown. The new species can easily be distinguished from D. exokosmos by the color of head, pronotum and elytra being overall dark brown; pronotum relatively more elongate; row of four macrosetae on the dorsal margins of head delimitating the eye; rows of bristles on sternites overall uniformly black across the abdomen; spermatheca with capsule shaped as a flattened “dome”.
