Abstract

The article discusses characteristics and challenges of contemporary society which ask for a change in educational principles so as to respond to demands made by the young adults nowadays. The formative trajectory of young university students is presented by the means of autobiographical narratives, and guidelines in the process of personal development and in the generation of discernment and protagonism in their relation with the contemporary context are pointed out.
