ln the beginning of the 80's, the Kaingang of Toldo Chimbangue (district of Chapecó, SC) , legally recove red half of the lands they had revindicated. This process involved the joint work of many different governmental and non-governmental organizations and required the elaboration of an Anthropological Report. It is the objective of the present work to evaluate how the Kaingang have reorganized their social and territorial space.
