Abstract

 This text, written in four hands, deals with the process of Políticas Afirmativas in the Postgraduate Program in Anthropology of Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM). It describes the confrontation of the challenges and the development of an exercise of reflexivity in the search for an indigenous anthropology.
