A Erwan Dianteill ya debíamos un extenso trabajo sobre la religiosidad afrocubana (Des dieux et des signes. Initiation, écriture et divination dans les religions afro-cubaines, Paris, EHESS). No sólo se trató de un estudio rico y competente, sino que reinauguró, tras la bomba de neutrones intelectual que se impuso en 1959 en Cuba, una tradición de rigor y probidad inaugurada por Fernando Ortiz y continuada por Lydia Cabrera. En esta oportunidad, nos presenta los resultados de una investigación sobre la religiosidad afroamericana en Nueva Orleáns.Downloads
