This article proposes a comparative analysis among the processes of identity construction of Brazilians who live in foreign countries as immigrants, focusing"exotization processes". We compare the exotization process among Brazilian migrants in the city of OPorto, Portugal with similar processes in others four destination countries of the Brazilian immigrants: England, Argentina, U.S.A. and Japan. Finally, I discuss some implications of the distinctions and similarities between these processesDownloads
