Abstract

It has been noticed in recent years a renewed interest in the thought of Pierre Clastres, thinking stopped early due to his death in 1977. Much debated in the years 1960 and 1970, due to the radical nature of his theses about "society against the state", the writings of Clastres were like that eclipsed the next two decades, either because they seemed too romantic to his critics - after all, the cogency State returned to the center of discussions about politics in the modern world and beyond - because they seemed to be projecting on the empirical (ethnographic, historical and archaeological same) an abstract and idealized image of "primitive society" one and indivisa.1 the intent this dossier is to fathom, in this eclipsamento counter to the current of thought and work of Pierre Clastres
