Resumen

ln the beginning of the 80's, the Kaingang of Toldo Chimbangue (district of Chapecó, SC) , legally recove red half of the lands they had revindicated. This process involved the joint work of many different governmental and non-governmental organizations and required the elaboration of an Anthropological Report. It is the objective of the present work to evaluate how the Kaingang have reorganized their social and territorial space. This is, theref ore, a return, a revisiting to the Kaingang group almost a decade after the recovery of lands
