School Physical Education: challenging its presumed immutability

This essay aims to analyze the common sense regarding to an apparent immutability or social ineffectiveness of the Physical Education as a curriculum component. The premise of this theoretical framework is that the Physical Education at school involves an evolutionary process which indicate its curricular legitimacy, thus challenging the corporatist and non-historical conception from certain academic and professional spheres.Downloads
