Abstract

The article analyzes the indirect intervention of the State in the economy, through the study of the control of the concentrative acts. It stresses that competition´s preservation is of fundamental im-portance in order to ensure the rights of the consumers and to comply with the constitutional provisions that protect the economic order. It explores the role of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in the identification of monopolistic actions after Law 12,529/11 and the impact that the deci-sions have brought to the national economic scenario.
