Abstract

Nursing Process was applied to sixty apparently healthy individuals. It was possible to identify twenty eight basic human needs, affected, with a media of nine by each person. It was find a constant interrelationship between elimination and hydration and nutrition needs. Assistencial plan was based upon orientation, control and referrals.
