Theoretical aspects of the primary health care

Abstract

The author presents a article of the foundations of primary health care. She refers to some international and national meetings that recommend the extension of health care to the whole population; she also designs the new proposal for reorganization and extension of the Health Service System and describes some operative strategies to accomplish such extension.
