Abstract

The present study makes some considerations on nurse's insertion in work field. It rises some data on the increase of employment in health sector, as well as seeks to identify some determinants of this increasement. It brings up some informations on nurse's manpower, the absorption of nursing professional ad the ability of generating employment. Finally, the study identify some trends perceived in the absorption of the professional nurse.
