This reflexive and theoretical study presents the basic presuppositions of Symbolic Interactionism, which deals with the signification as the theory's central concept, in which the actions are constructed through the interactions among people. It aims to show the affinity of Nursing with that theory by looking for possibilities for interactive care in teaching, in the practice and in research.Downloads
