Pandemia, tecnologia e seus reflexos nas relações familiares

O artigo visa realizar uma breve análise quanto aos impactos da pandemia da COVID-19 nas relações familiares, por meio da leitura e críticas de pesquisas que demonstram como o uso imoderado das tecnologias durante esse período impactou significativamente as relações familiares, principalmente no que tange à saúde mental dos seus membros, causadas principalmente pelo isolamento social compulsório. Além disso, também discorre sobre os efeitos do uso constante das tecnologias na saúde de crianças e adolescentes. Por fim, o artigo traz algumas soluções para o uso equilibrado das novas tecnologias e como elas podem ser utilizadas a nosso favor, em detrimento de sua primária nocividade.
