The essay intended to analyze some impacts of the pandemic on family relationships through research that demonstrates how the immoderate use of technologies during this period significantly affected the mental health of people because of some symptoms of stress, anxiety, and the emergence of a lot of syndromes, such as burnout, caused mainly because of the social isolation. Furthermore, the essay also writes about some adverse effects on children and teenagers. Finally, it will develop solutions for the moderate use of technologies and how they can be used on our behalf, rather than the eventual harmfulness.
