Call for Papers Dossier 52 | Longevity, Generations, and Communication in Contemporary Organizations
Organicom Dossier 52 will be dedicated to the theme of Longevity, Generations, and Communication in Contemporary Organizations, coordinated by professors Maria Aparecida Ferrari, from the University of São Paulo, and Gisela Castro, from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). Organicom invites researchers from Brazil and abroad to reflect on the relationships between longevity, generations, and communication in organizations, exploring different theoretical and methodological approaches that allow for an understanding of the challenges and possibilities that emerge in organizational contexts marked by age diversity.
