The analyses certain forecasts made with respect to the role eletronic media should perform in pedagogical communication, wide-spread in the beginning of the seventies and which today may be considered as misunderstood or overreaching. Calls attention to the fact that similar expectations may be happening now with relation to the question of the use of educational oriented microelectronics. At the same tame, he tries to characterize the core of pedagogical communication, placing it in the effective commitment which transcendes the playful or affective dimensions and liking it to the existence of collective social project.Downloads
