Principles that intend as suitable to the peculiar Idea of a basic public school coherent to the values of a modern and democratic society. So, objectifying to embrace synthetically the huge range o questions and problems relative to the matter, the principles refer to school institution to consider the subject about their aim, organization, functioning and management, passing by objectives conditions of work, school evaluation, and pupil efficiency and reaching the invigoration of the citizenship and to the consideration of cultural differences and other themes, obligatorily present in the quality school conception.
