The teaching practice has been discussed in many ways. In most studies about it, the authors tried to understand these practices by means of the category of work as structural element of social lifes world. This article intends to show this model of analysis refers to a kind of social model which excludes important dimensions of subjectivity of teachers, very fundamental dimensions understand the teaching practice.
