O Modelo de Expansão da Banda Larga no Brasil: uma análise de políticas de infraestrutura e de gestão do espectro para a universalização do acesso à Internet

This article has the objective of discussing the model of broadband expansion and universalization in Brazil in light of the right of access to the Internet. Strategies employed in large-scale countries - in this case Canada and Australia; the mobilization for the universalization of broadband; the disputes over the electromagnetic spectrum and the social mobilization for the universalization of broadband; and policies for access to hardware in support of the internet infrastructure.
