Abstract

This article deals with Venezuelan 's competitive posibilities for developing a sustainable tourism flow in the international market. At first, we evidence the national legislation for environmental and land planning, related with use and managment of touristic interest areas. The second part is concerned with the correlation between Peter Gray's theory and Venezuelan's Regions potenliality for tourism. Finally the conclusions and recomendations are pointed to the
development of two touristic circuits, that will contribute to descentralize tourist export services and the setting of Venezuela on the intemational sustainable tourism market.
