According to David Osborne and Peter Plastrik Criteria, this study shows how the National Tourism Organization or the local tourism institutions can be more efficient with a better efficacy, adapting theirselvest to the new concept. The public administration improvements depend on the changes in proposals (objectives), incentive plans, a better definition on responsability of each level of administration and the power and the culture of the organization.Downloads
