Abstract

This paper presents a serial of observations that the author perceives relevant and they were neglected by some entrepreneurs, by projectists and by investiment analists in the implemention or in the expansion of hotel entreprises. The non observation or no knowledge of some items are making serious difficulties to entrepreneurs and for the banks that finance these hotels. These facts explain, at least in part, the high index of the no payments of loans.
