Abstract

This paper identifies the myths, beliefs and conceptions that had formed the space visions in the Patagonia earth fire, observes the changes and the
remaining in the territorial identity creation. lt considers that this materials were elaborated in new perceptive plans, more valuable and significant from various systems of reference - cosmic visions and paradigms -leading to the conclusion that, with other factors of various origins, the Terra do Fogo situation as a tourist emergent destination.
