Turismo e meio ambiente: uma síntese geográfica

Abstract

Tourism and its relations with the environment is presented in a geographycal vision of this human activity, begining by the study of macrospaces and macrolandscapes of the continental areas of the world. Analysing the elements of macrolandscapes (atmosphere, lithosfere, hydrosphere and biosphere) the author deals with human activities including tourism pointing out its relationship with the physical and cultural environment, emphasizing the tourism importance the need to preserve the ecological conditions of the "blue-planet" through out an efficient and racional planning of the touristics activities.
