The reflection on the processes to formalize and to legitimate the field ofOccupational therapy^ knowledge, happened in the USA and Canada it demonstrates us that the found answers, in each country, they present significant differences and they are in narrow relationship with the context where it grow. Those experiences can contribute for us to think our own course, as different and singular.
