Abstract

This article discusses the thematic of the attention in occupational therapy to the people with mental upset and to the people with deficiencies ruled in the autonomy guidelines and social inclusion, introducing some of the theoretical and practical challenges that emerge in the itineraries ofproduction of those guidelines in the context of the unique system of Health. Initially data of study of an institution are presented to shelter for people with deficiencies that, evidencing some of the conditions that motivated the intemment, they watch the interaction of different subjects and needs of the context of life of this population as fundamental in the course that leads to the intemment to shelter. The perspective ofautonomy production and of social inclusion he/she enrolls the need to disassemble the existent institutional solutions to can (re)conhecer, {rQ)contextualizar and {rQ)complexificar the people in your contexts. Anchored in the theoretical referencial of the desinstitutionalization for the analysis of this process it presents the centralidade of the transformation of the relationship of it tutors for the superação of the institutions you shelter and for the construction of territorial projects of attention. Compreeende-if this path as social process in which several dimensions interact, enrolling, necessarily, new forms ofknowing, to look and to interact with the people with the experience ofgetting sick and ofthe deficiency that you/they can contemplate the people's complexity in your net of relationships and in your life projects.
