Abstract

The multiprofessional Residence program family health and community from Federal University of São Carlos the
occupational therapy developed matrix support on various team family health. These increase habilities for work at new project. The report of experience related in this article will explain about part from this work at period October 2010 until March 2011 how supporter matrix in strategic areas in support nucleus from health family. The resident of occupational therapy included in two real work scene two teams of health family on periferic area from São Carlos. The matrix support considered potentialities from territories e practices at teams. On process work entered the team so include responsibility with dynamic of unit of health family. The matrix was on group process from unit, on meetings of team, capacitation and family visited. There is report of matrix of occupational therapy on groups and capacity. The occupational therapy wanted easy process resignifi cation of routine from de people or community, thinking about sense and way of life.
