Abstract

Many biographies were writte na boutthe thrilling life of Fyodor Dostoevsky, the prominent 19th century Russian literature novelista.This article aimsto analyze three classical biographi esby Leonid Grossman, Konstantin Mochulskyand Joseph Frank, considering the relevance of these works for the biografical tradition that hasbeen built base don Dostoevsky’s life.
