Vakhtangov's theatre: fundamentals of a theatrical practice

This article considers aspects from the trajectory of the director Evguiêni Bagratiónovitch Vakhtângov in the elaboration of his poetics of the scene, mainly with regard to the ownership of elements from commedia dell’arte and Stanislávski system. It also seeks to identify the permanence of some procedures used by Vakhtângov in contemporary theatrical proposals.Downloads
