The specific objective of this paper, from the novel Crime and Punishment (1866), is to observe and analyze the dynamics of destroy-build, to present in order to realize, to think in order to act (conceiving the limits to existence determined by authority, reflected in the estates, in the tsar and in the institutions) presented in the text. Likewise, we are interested in relating, in Crime and Punishment, the destroy build dynamic with the idea of process (a core concept that will be repeated throughout his literary production) as a means to consolidate and establish the passage from ideas to praxis.
