This works presents an examination of the significant processes formed between television and the character-toys from the animation Meninas Superpoderosas (The Powerpuff Girls). This analysis aims to recognize the contemporary toy as a communication object capable of translating social-cultural facts contextualized in the contemporary mediatic society by using the significant systems and the mechanisms of articulated senses by discursive semiotic and the relation between the levels of content and expression, according to the basis of Plastic Semiotic Theory.Downloads
