Abstract

This exploratory and descriptive study aimed to verify the satisfaction of users from a psychosocial care center for alcohol and drugs with the care provided by nurses. Data were collected through self-applied questionnaire in a sample of 50 male patients, who were in treatment for more than 30 days. Results showed that most patients were satisfied with care provided by nurses, evaluating the care received as very good and showing trust in this professional to report their personal problems. It is suggested that further studies evaluating the satisfaction of patients with nurse care are carried out.
