O artigo focaliza Bom dia, camaradas, do angolano Ondjaki, e a Crônica da Rua 513.2, do moçambicano João Paulo Borges Coelho, abordando as marcas da ruptura no cotidiano que se instala no período que se segue à independência de Angola e Moçambique, atentando para o tratamento dos sinais da sociedade que seria possível compor com o material herdado em tão complicado processo histórico.
