A Máquina by Adriana Falcão, written in a fluid and contemporary language, draws on lyricism and the power of the most classic of themes: love. This feeling leads the protagonist to search the world for the ideas of Plato and make his loved one see the intelligible, incomprehensible to reason, conceivable only through emotion. With fascinating images, the real now slips into the imaginary, or vice versa, in a reflection on achievements, dreams and the prospects of youth to reach loftier flights in contemporaneity.
