    Doutorando em Teoria da Literatura na PUCRS, bolsista CNPq. Participante do grupo de pesquisas Cartografias narrativas: redes e enredos de subjetividade (PUCRS), no qual se estuda romances portugueses publicados a partir do ano 2000.

    Fábio Varela Nascimento, é  Doutor (2018) em Teoria da Literatura na Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, com bolsa CNPq, e Mestre (2014) em Teoria da Literatura, com bolsa CAPES, pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Fez Graduação (2011), pela mesma universidade, no curso de Letras - Língua Portuguesa. Seus objetos de estudos são a literatura brasileira, a literatura sul-rio-grandense, a biografia e as relações entre literatura e história.
