This article was initially prepared for a lecture ministered to the students of PAE - Program of Support to Teaching, of ECA-USP, in 2002, when the process of dismemberment of the Arts Program in three autonomous programs has begun; such process was completed in July 2006. The article was resumed now, in 2009, as a brief and partial report of the period.Downloads
