This article consists of organizing a methodology that is based on capoeira and popular dances with a focus on Afro-diasporic Bantu knowledge. The methodology is structured around two theoretical axes, the guiding thread being the African cosmology of the Bantu Congo – principles of life and experience proposed by Bunseki Fu kiau, translated by Tigana Santana. This makes it easier to evaluate the maturity processes of the methodology, through the dikenga image or bakongo-cosmogram, a symbolic representation of the great cycles of the sun, life, the universe and time, divided into four stages of the life cycle. In continuity, Leda Maria Martins in the performance of spiral time, complements with relevant contributions to organize the method along with the formation of the body that dances Angola in cosmo enchantment. “A time ontologically experienced as contiguous movements” provides the poetics of the screen body. It was found that this organization as a methodology is an organic continuity of knowledge as cultural resistance, however, it is necessary to pay attention to the urgency in evoking contributions from Afro-Pindoramic knowledge in order to configure education in a more diverse way.
